Terms of Service

I will provide WIPS if asked and if I feel the need to. If you would like a WIP, please request one before payingI will not WIPs when I am in the colouring stage. Requested WIPS will always be in sketch form.

General

✤ Commisions are strictly for personal use only.✤ Using your commisioned art for NFT or any other cryptocurrencies are not allowed. Violating this will result in one to be blacklisted.✤ I have the right to decline commision requests.✤ I may or may not use the final piece for my portfolio/ promotional purposes. (however, if the client wishes the artwork to not be disclosed then it shall be followed.)✤Please do bear in mind that I am new to this and I'm trying my best. Thank you!

• NSFW / OVERLY GORE
• OFFENSIVE / HATEFUL CONTENT

Ordering

✤ Please send me a direct message if you are interested in a commision!✤ Will only accept fully coloured references✤ Unclear rough sketches or any reference without color will be refused✤ I will ask for your character ref/choice beforehand to see if I can deliver it well, or if it's possible for me to carry out your requests/ demands.✤ The turnover time is approximately a week to a month - it could e earlier depending on my situation. ( i.e emergencies, academics, vacations, etc.)✤ The finished artwork will be given through a Google Drive Link from me via DMs which contains; Full- Resolution, Both watermarked and unwatermarked PNG. Files.
Note: Link will be inaccessible after a month.✤ A PayPal invoice will be sent AFTER I accept your commission request!

Payment

✤All payments are accepted in USD and by PayPal only✤I will only start the commission after I receive full payment

Revisions and refunds

✤Minor revisions for mistakes on my behalf are free of charge✤If the mistake is a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when the commission is accepted, I am not obliged to correct or change anything✤Major revisions that are not for mistakes on my behalf may or may not be accepted. If I do accept your request, there will be additional fees (half of original price)✤A refund may be requested if I have not started the commission yet✤Once I have finished everything, there are absolutely NO refunds

Commissioned artworks may be reuploaded/reposted with proper credit (art by @ hisui_021)

For commercial use, there will be additional fees, please let me know beforehand.
